HuurVos helps you find a rental home faster. For that we need a little of your data, and this is exactly what we do with it.
Data controller
What we collect
Your email address, your search profile (city, budget, housing preferences) and, if you set it up, your renter profile with documents. Payment details run through our payment provider and are never stored by us.
What we use it for
To find matches and send alerts, to generate your AI motivation letters and to handle your subscription. We never sell your data to third parties and we don't send spam.
How long we keep it
As long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we erase your data within 30 days. Only invoice data is kept for 7 years (legal obligation).
Your rights
You can always access, correct, export or delete your data. One email to privacy@huurvos.nl is enough; we respond within 5 working days.
Processors
We work with a limited number of processors within the EU (hosting, email, payments). We have a data processing agreement with each of them.
