What HuurVos does

HuurVos is a search assistant: we scan rental sites, send you alerts about matching homes and help you respond at lightning speed. We don't rent out homes ourselves and we're not an intermediary. Contact with the landlord or agent always runs via the source.

Subscription & payment

You pick a bundle of 1, 2 or 3 months. After the bundle period your subscription renews monthly; we remind you by email beforehand. You can always cancel yourself via your settings, no phone menus, no notice-period tricks.

Money-back guarantee

Not satisfied? Within 14 days of your first payment you get your money back, no questions, no fine print. One request via your settings or an email to support@huurvos.nl is enough.

Fair use

Your account is personal (plus one free search buddy). Reselling alerts, scraping our service or abusing the respond features is not allowed.

No guarantee of a home

We make you as fast as possible, but the housing market remains the housing market. We can't guarantee you'll get a home; we can make sure you're almost always among the first responders.

Liability

We do our utmost on speed and completeness, but sources can change or be temporarily unreachable. HuurVos is not liable for missed homes or for the content of third-party listings. Always check suspicious listings with our free scam check.
