Partner terms

These terms apply to the HuurVos partner program, offered by GrowInity (KvK 71221158), trading as HuurVos. By applying you agree to them.

1. The program

As a partner you promote HuurVos with a personal link. Joining is free. We review every application personally and may decline an application or end a partnership in case of abuse.

2. Compensation

The standard rate is 25% of the first payment of every new customer who buys through your link, calculated on the amount actually paid. Custom deals shown in your dashboard take precedence. Renewals do not count, nor do your own purchases.

3. Attribution

A sale counts as yours when the buyer makes their first purchase within 30 days of clicking your link. HuurVos's own discount codes (such as gift codes) may take precedence; at most one reward is granted per sale.

4. Hold and reversal

Commission is on hold for 30 days. On a refund, withdrawal or chargeback the commission is reversed; if it was already paid out, we net the amount against your next payout.

5. Payout and self-billing

Payouts are made by bank transfer (SEPA) from €25 payable balance, to the IBAN in your dashboard. You agree to self-billing: HuurVos issues the receipt on your behalf with every payout. If you have a VAT number, VAT is itemised on the receipt; you remain responsible for your own tax filings.

6. Not allowed

Not allowed: bidding on brand terms like 'huurvos' (or misspellings) in search engines, spam or unsolicited messages, misleading claims about HuurVos, cookie stuffing, self-purchases or other artificial sales. Violations void open commissions and end the partnership.

7. Data

We process your data according to our privacy policy. Payout records are kept for 7 years (Dutch fiscal retention), also after termination.

8. Miscellaneous

We may amend these terms; for material changes we email you in advance. Dutch law applies.
